About the portfolio

This website is maintained by Marian Cozma to introduce my work, experience and independent projects. You can contact me at [email protected].

Project previews describe selected contributions in their original context. They may include concepts or earlier product versions and should not be read as a description of a company’s current products or performance. A company’s inclusion does not imply endorsement or a current affiliation.

Sharing and ownership

You are welcome to link to the public pages and share those links. Text, designs, photography, project images and company marks remain the property of their respective rights holders. Public availability does not grant permission to republish the material or use it commercially.

The CV is provided for professional and recruitment conversations. Full case studies have separate access arrangements and confidentiality notices.

Enquiries and other websites

Sending an enquiry, requesting portfolio access or booking an introductory conversation does not itself create a service agreement. Any commissioned work is agreed separately in writing.

Links to booking services, social profiles, books and independent projects take you to other websites. Their own terms and privacy information apply.

Corrections and use of the site

Content may be updated, corrected or removed. Please email me if you notice an error, have a rights concern or need clarification about a project.

Do not interfere with the site, misuse its contact routes or attempt to bypass private access controls. Nothing on this page limits rights or disclosures that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Who is responsible

Marian Cozma is responsible for personal information used to handle enquiries and access requests made through this public portfolio. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Information you choose to share

If you email me, I receive your email address, your message and any details you include. For private portfolio requests, this may include your name, organisation and reason for requesting access. I use these details to respond, review the request personally and arrange any agreed next steps.

This processing is based on legitimate interests: responding to professional enquiries and managing appropriate access to my work. Please only include information relevant to the conversation. You can browse the public portfolio without contacting me.

Checklist selections in the interactive notes stay in the current page. They are not sent to me or saved by the site for a later visit.

Cookies and analytics

The public portfolio does not set its own cookies, use browser storage or include advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served with the website; booking and social services are linked rather than embedded.

Other websites may use cookies when you follow their links. The separately protected portfolio uses necessary sign-in cookies and has its own privacy notice. Any future use of non-essential cookies on this public site will be explained here, with consent requested where required before they are used.

Hosting and service providers

The public site is hosted on GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security, including visits by visitors who are not signed into GitHub. Its Privacy Statement explains its processing and retention.

Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, request and routing data to deliver and protect the website. Its Privacy Policy explains how it handles this information.

Email providers process the messages needed to deliver our correspondence. If you follow a link to Cal.com, ADPList, LinkedIn or another service, any information you give that service is also subject to its own privacy notice.

Providers may process information outside the UK. GitHub and Cloudflare describe their international transfer arrangements and safeguards in their privacy notices. Contact me if you need information about the providers or safeguards relevant to your correspondence.

How long information is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting professional conversation. Access-request records are kept while needed to manage the request or approved access. Retention also takes account of whether a specific legal or security issue requires a record to be kept longer.

Hosting records follow the provider’s retention arrangements. You can contact me to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion or restriction of its use, where applicable.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights or raise a concern.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
