My journey:
My journey began in Romania, where I graduated from IT Engineering University and started my career as a Front-end engineer. It wasn't long before I discovered the profound impact design can have on people. Driven by curiosity, I delved into self-learning and gradually transitioned into the design world.
As I honed my skills, I began working as a Digital Designer for small and medium-sized companies. Over time, my passion and expertise grew, leading me to embrace a full career in design.
Today, with a decade of experience as a Lead Product Designer, I've led transformative design projects across the finance, insurance, entertainment, telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors.
My work has spurred growth for Fortune 500 companies and Tier 1 banks worldwide; by employing collaborative strategies and crafting innovative designs, I align user needs with business objectives to deliver solutions that truly make an impact.

My process
Mobilise
The Mobilise stage is where the project team is assembled, and goals, scope, and objectives are outlined and shared. In this phase, resources are gathered, and the framework for the design process is set up. It includes developing a project charter to ensure everyone is aligned with the project’s purpose and direction.
01
Discover
The Discover stage involves extensive research to understand the problem space, identify opportunities, and define user requirements through market research, user interviews, data analysis, and gathering insights into user behaviours.
02
Design
During the Design stage, insights from the Discovery stage are translated into functional solutions via iterative refinement, testing, and prototyping. The team generates concepts and develops detailed plans, ensuring they align with user needs and project objectives.
03
Build & Sustain
The product or system is created during the Build stage to ensure it meets standards. In the Sustain stage, ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement occur after launch, including monitoring, issue resolution, and updates to keep it relevant.
